o3d is a library from Google to create 3d graphics in your browser. All major browsers are supported. Real-time editing of code is supported. Seems like shaders are supported too.

There are some glitches in demo, but seeing how it's an early release (April 2009), I think they'll work it out.

This is the future of 3D web.
